Trinity has launched Athletics 360, a transformative sports programme now woven into the curriculum for all grades. Created by an international team of coaches, educators, and sports medicine specialists, Athletics 360 promotes confidence, balance, and lifelong wellbeing through purposeful physical education.
Students take part in 4.5 hours of sport each week, with both morning and afternoon sessions built into their schedule. They experience a wide variety of disciplines — from swimming, gymnastics, and padel to volleyball, floorball, and flag football — designed to build agility, coordination, and endurance while keeping sport enjoyable and inclusive.
Sessions take place in professional facilities, including the Apollon Limassol Basketball Stadium, Vikentia Gymnastics & Swimming Center, and GoAll Padel. These venues provide an environment where every student can train safely, confidently, and with a sense of achievement.
Athletics 360 is led by a group of dedicated educators and coaches who share a deep commitment to child development:
Together, this team embodies Trinity’s mission — raising a courageous generation through integrity and love.
Athletics 360 maintains a balance between team and individual sports, with weekly rotations that strengthen both collaboration and independence.
This structure keeps students motivated, prevents early over-specialisation, and helps each child grow into a confident, well-rounded individual.
The programme extends the work of the existing PE curriculum and aligns with the IB Learner Profile, promoting balance, reflection, and healthy risk-taking. It supports students’ academic focus and wellbeing by improving attention, stress management, and resilience — qualities that translate directly into classroom success.
Athletics 360 follows a clear rhythm across the school year:
Parents can find detailed schedules in their inboxes. Together, we continue building a community where every student moves with purpose, confidence, and joy.
Enrollment at school takes place after introductory conversations with students and parents. Book a meeting to learn more about Trinity Private School and discuss the most important thing - the future of your child.
