CAREER FEST — Ready, Study, Go!

On May 10, Trinity Private School welcomed over 150 guests ,teenagers, parents, and community members  to our Limassol campus for a first-of-its-kind event: Ready, Study, Go! Career Fest. This wasn’t your typical school fair or open day. It was a new and dynamic format that combined expert-led lectures, hands-on workshops, and personal career testing into one exciting, engaging experience.

Throughout the day, attendees had the opportunity to explore the changing landscape of education and employment through six insightful talks delivered by professionals from diverse industries. From entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence to digital portfolios and emotional intelligence, each session was designed to spark curiosity and provide practical guidance for the future.

One of the standout sessions was a dedicated lecture-workshop held exclusively for parents, led by psychologist and emotional intelligence expert Inna Haas. This intimate session focused on how to support teenagers during moments of confusion or uncertainty , offering tools to foster resilience, emotional awareness, and mutual understanding. It was deeply engaging and well-received by attendees.

In addition to the talks, students participated in a professionally adapted career guidance test based on Holland’s theory of vocational personalities. The results helped teens gain clarity on their interests, strengths, and possible career paths, supported by individual recommendations and guidance.

The afternoon concluded with interactive workshops where students worked in groups using AI tools to solve logic challenges, explore scientific breakthroughs, and share their discoveries. These sessions showcased how learning can be both fun and future-facing.
