Trinity Private School Wins 1st Place at Pan-Cypriot School Chess Championship

On May 10, 2025, Trinity Private School’s chess team claimed 1st place in the Primary School Category at the Pan-Cypriot Team School Championship 2025, held at the Journalists’ House in Nicosia.

The event welcomed over 150 students from across the country and was organized by the Friends of Chess Club, with the support of Arion Chess Club Cyprus.

Our team included:

• Vladyslav Kolesov (Grade 2B)
• Maxim Anokhin (Grade 3C)
• Petr Morozov (Grade 3C)
• Artemijs Klesnins (Grade 4A)

The tournament was a real test of focus and decision-making, and it brought students together through their shared love of chess.
