Family Interview: This 30-40 minute in-person interview covers shared values and educational expectations. The goal is to ensure a comfortable environment aligned with the student's and family’s expectations, interests and values.
Child Evaluation:
For Grades 0-1: A 30-minute interview with a Learning Support specialist to assess the child's readiness for full-day schooling, focusing on emotional, social, and cognitive maturity. This is conducted in a playful manner.
For Grades 2-11: A 30-minute interview with a Learning Support specialist and placement tests in mathematics and English, each lasting around 40 minutes. The aim is to evaluate the student's knowledge level and readiness for full-day schooling.
